… the City Council of the City of El Cerrito hereby proclaims the week of September 21-27, 2014 as “Scout Week,” in the City of El Cerrito and September 22, 2014 is declared “Scout Government Day” in the City of El Cerrito in recognition of Troop 104’s 75th anniversary and in support of greater youth involvement in community and civic affairs.
